Rachel Thomson is VP of Marketing at Willo, where she leads global brand, growth, and GTM strategy — overseeing the company's content, editorial direction, and go-to-market approach.
Before joining Willo in 2023, Rachel spent over five years in the FMCG industry specialising in Scotch whisky and white spirits, building and scaling brands for Arbikie Distillery and Summerhall Distillery across UK and international markets.

A First Class graduate in Marketing Management with Entrepreneurship from Edinburgh Napier University, Rachel completed part of her studies in Nice, France, which led to her first marketing role in Barcelona. She's always been drawn to smaller, fast-moving teams where there's real work to do and genuine stakes.
